Inventory System

We have started using a new inventory system that will do a much better job of keeping up with markdowns. The new tags have the markdown assigned and we won't have to go around with that red pen any longer. When we started the new system September 1st we also started a new markdown system. We will be no longer waiting 90 days for that first red line. At 45 days we will deduct 15%, 45 more days another 15% and 45 days another 15%. Again, the system does it for us and we can move things along a little faster. If at the end of six months the item has not sold the consignor has the option to pick up the item or donate it to one of our many places in town that could use a helping hand.
